1. Domestic Shipping Timelines

We ship to addresses all across India. Our delivery timelines are split by region to ensure accurate expectations:

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery: [Rate ₹150, or “Free for orders above ₹999”]

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to follow your package directly to your doorstep.

5. Damages & Delivery Issues

Valloray takes immense pride in the quality and secure packaging of our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take a clear photograph or video unboxing the package to help us process a replacement for you swiftly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We ask that you double-check your shipping address and pin code carefully when placing an order. Valloray is not responsible for deliveries that fail or are delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
