Return and Refund Policy

At Valloray, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our chocolates and custom packaging, we follow a No Return Policy.

1. Damaged or Wrong Products

We want you to have a perfect experience. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, we will initiate a full refund.

  • Notification: Please contact us at support@valloray.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

  • Process: Once verified, your refund will be processed immediately.

2. Refund Method

All refunds are credited back to the original payment method (the same bank account, credit card, or UPI ID used during the transaction). Depending on your bank, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
